Certification sets you apart from the crowd and distinguishes you as a highly trained, skillful coach.
With your completion of CTI, CPEC, and Mentor Coaching you will demonstrate that you have mastered rigorous competencies set in place by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to be able to apply for the first level of the ICF credential, the ACC credential. Getting a credential with the ICF is not mandatory to become a coach; however, an ICF Credential shows your clients and peers that you are committed to the coaching industry and to developing yourself as a coaching professional.
The Certified Personal and Executive Coach (CPEC) program is designed to guide you step by step on the journey to becoming a successful professional coach.

CPEC is a comprehensive preparation for personal and executive coaches. This 6-month program is delivered via live virtual classes. We equip you with the tools and knowledge to effectively run a coaching practice-whether in an organization or as a business owner. You will learn how to coach powerfully and effectively in a supportive, engaging learning environment.
This ICF accredited program complies with the educational requirements for an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credential.
CPEC Includes:
- 60+ hours of ICF-accredited coach training
- Live online webinars or teleclass format so you can participate from anywhere in the world

THE UPCOMING PROGRAM:
Spring 2025
Wednesdays & Saturdays
7pm | 8:30am | 10amYou have the option to bundle 10 mentor coaching hours with your CPEC training to hone your skills and meet the criteria for your ICF credential. You will begin the Mentor Coaching Experience after the CPEC program begins, around month two. Your mentor coaching schedule will be on either Wednesday's or Saturday's, and each group session will be one-hour in length held live and online with the same small group of coaches each session.
Mentor Coaching Includes:
- Seven live group coaching sessions conducted virtually via your computer, smartphone app or over the phone

Two individual 90-minute one-on-one sessions with a PCC/MCC credentialed mentor coach

10 ICF-approved mentor coaching hours

Increased confidence in your abilities and greater comfort with the coaching process
